Terms, Security & Postage- 'The Swoon Collection'

Claims for damaged goods must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of goods. ‘The Swoon Collection’ will accept responsibility for faulty goods given that the damaged item is returned to us for inspection and a brief explanation given as to what occured with the item. It should be noted that ‘rough handling’ by customers, which includes, wetting crystals, spraying perfume on crystals or hitting the item against a hard surface, any of which would result in damage to the item, would not be considered a ‘reasonable’ refund request.

A full refund or an exchange of the item will be issued for faulty craftmanship after we have received the damaged goods.You will be reimbursed for your postage fees – please include a copy of the postage receipt.

Postage of your goods We use Australia Post. You can expect your goods within 5 days of ordering. Orders over $50.00 are sent express post.
